About the Scholarship

This award is given by the organization Idaho Community Foundation to the female student of  Boise State University and living in Idaho. This scholarship is for junior and senior bachelor degree's students.


How to apply for the scholarship?

The applicant can find the application form online on their official website and can apply online.

The candidate has to submit her FAFSA card.

The candidate has to submit five one-page essays addressing the topics listed on the application.

The candidate has to submit a copy of her most recent high school transcript.

The candidate has to submit her report card.

The candidate has to submit an additional essay describing how her future plans exemplify the AAUW Mission Statement.

The candidate has to submit two reference letters describing her character, personality traits, and academic achievements.

The candidate has to type the whole application.

The candidate must have to email the application along with all documentation to their address before the deadline.


Awarded amount of the scholarship:

The awarded amount of this scholarship varies and the number of the award given to the applicant every year also varies depends on fund.

This scholarship is non-renewable.


Eligibility Criteria

  • An applicant must be a female Idaho resident who has enrolled for full-time as a bachelors degree student.

  • A student should maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 out of 4 to be eligible for the scholarship.

  • A recipient must be a junior or a senior pursuing any major at Boise State University.
