Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen (U.S. national, U.S. permanent resident, temporary resident in the legalization program, refugee, asylee, Cuban-Hatian entrant, or humanitarian parolee).
