About the Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors who are athletes and have cystic fibrosis. Applicants must demonstrate scholastic ability, athletic ability (as evidenced by regular exercise), character, leadership, service to the community, need for financial assistance, and daily compliance to cystic fibrosis therapy. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a high school senior. Must have cystic fibrosis. Must be an athlete and have athletic ability in the area of running. The student-athlete should jog on a regular basis and be training for the 1.5 mile qualifying run.
