About the Scholarship
The Excercise for Life Athletic scholarship awards scholarship to the students who are high school seniors and U.G students. A student needs to demonstrate financial need, outstanding academic progress as well as performance in the area of running to avail the scholarship fund. The scholarship fund is directly sent to the academic college or institution to assist the students financially, who are actually in a greater financial need for academic studies. The fund amount can cover all the tuition costs and fees of a student's academic study.
How to Apply for Scholarship?
In order to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must complete a FAFSA application form to demonstrate the financial need for the study.
A student must submit a completed Exercise For Life training log.
In addition to that, a student needs to submit a letter of recommendation from a physician which confirms CF diagnosis and therapy routine.
An applicant should submit official transcripts of high school or college.
In addition to that, an applicant must give clear information about the tuition fees from their academic institution.
An applicant must also submit the most recent W2 form.
What is the Total Amount Awarded?
The $10,000 award is given to one male and one female student from high school and from undergraduate. Totally 4 students will get this scholarship award.
The scholarship application is submitted before 5th June 2020.
The applicant should be a high school senior or undergraduate student who has cystic fibrosis and exhibit scholastic ability, athletic ability, leadership, service to the community, the need for financial assistance.
A student-athlete must go for a jog on a regular basis to train in qualifying for 1.5 miles run.
The scholarship will be awarded to the students on the basis of demonstrated financial need, academic accomplishment and athletic ability in the area of running.
