About the Scholarship
This award is available to U.S high school seniors or former graduates who are residents of Delaware and seeking to further their education. Students must have resided in a manufactured home for at least one year prior to the application. Eligibility Criteria
Must be a legal resident of Delaware. This award is for U.S. students. Must have been a resident of a manufactured home for at least one year prior to the application. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a high school senior or former graduate seeking to further his/her education. The scholarship may be used for any type of accredited two- or four-year degree program, or for any accredited training, licensing, or certification program.
