Eligibility Criteria
Must reside in Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier, or Union counties in Tennessee. Must be a high school senior at the time of application. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Must participate in the Youth Athletic Program (YAP) of the Knoxville Track Club. This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
