About the Scholarship
This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox (TN), Loudon, Roane, Sevier, or Union Counties of TN. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must participate in the Youth Athletic Program (YAP) of the Knoxville Track Club. Application requirements for the Harold W. Eligibility Criteria
Must reside in Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier, or Union counties in Tennessee. Must be a high school senior at the time of application. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Must participate in the Youth Athletic Program (YAP) of the Knoxville Track Club. This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
