About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available for North Carolina high school seniors who are 4-H members that have attended the 4-H Electric Congress. Students must live within the service area of Duke Energy, and plan to attend an institution of higher education in North Carolina in the fall of the year that they apply for the scholarship. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be enrolling as a freshman in college. Must enroll at any accredited institution of higher learning in North Carolina.
