This award is available to Idaho residents who are admitted into the School of Dentistry at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Students must attend the first year at Idaho State University in Pocatello and the following three years in Omaha at Creighton. This award is for U.S. students. Must pursue a degree in dentistry. Must be an Idaho resident. Must attend Idaho State University for the first year of the degree, and then be admitted to the School of Dentistry at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Must be a U.S. citizen.
