Must attend one of the following eligible colleges: Central Michigan University, Western Michigan University, Grand Rapids Community College, University of Michigan, and Michigan State University. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must demonstrate unmet financial need. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. This award is for U.S. students.
