About the Scholarship
This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are leukemia patients and/or the child of a non-surviving leukemia patient. Students must also have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and enroll full time at an accredited college or university. Application requirements for the Michael A. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be a leukemia patient and/or be a child of a non-surviving leukemia patient. A note from the treating doctor must be supplied to certify that the applicant or the applicant's parent has leukemia. Must enroll full time at an accredited college or university.
