The students belonging to different communities that are small in a population have been given various financial aid opportunities through scholarships. These scholarships that are granted to students of the minor communities from diverse cultures and races are categorized as minority scholarships. Being a large country, The United States of America is home to people from different backgrounds like African Americans, Native Americans, Hispanic and Latinos, Asians and Pacific Islanders and other communities.
