About the Scholarship

This songwriting competition is open to current full- and part-time students at U.S. colleges who are 17 to 24 years of age as of the application deadline date. Students must submit an original song with lyrics and instrumentation in one of the following genres: Americana, blues, bluegrass, contemporary Christian, country, folk, and roots. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must attend a U.S. college or university. Must be a full- or part-time student. Must be currently enrolled. Students who have been accepted for future enrollment are NOT eligible. Must have an interest in songwriting.
