About the Scholarship
This music competition is open to U.S. citizens who are 25 to 34 years of age and are disabled or visually impaired. Applicants must submit a vocal or instrumental recording of solo classical pieces. Application requirements for the NFMC Vivian Menees Nelson Award for the Disabled and Visually Impaired are:Application form $5 entry fee Music recording Affidavit Recommendation letter
