Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of the Upper Midwest area, including Minnesota, North or South Dakota, western Wisconsin and northern Iowa. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must enroll full time at a four-year college or university.
