This award is for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are dependents of an enlisted member or the Navy, Marines or Coast Guard on active duty, retired with pay, or deceased. The student must apply to an accredited post-secondary school, show financial need and have a valid Dependent I.D. Card. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be the son or daughter of an enlisted member of the Navy, Marines or Coast Guard on active duty, or retired with pay, or deceased. Must be a full-time student. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate and graduate award. Must have a 2.5 grade point average or higher.
