Eligibility Criteria
Must be a high school student at the time of application. Must be enrolled in a dual-enrollment or early enrollment program. Must either be eligible to receive assistance under a variety of federal government programs or the student and his/her family must have experienced a recent hardship. Must attend high school in Nebraska and be enrolled in college courses from eligible colleges or universities in Nebraska. This award is for U.S. students.
