About the Scholarship
Sertoma's Communicative Disorders Scholarship, started by Sertoma Annual Fund, applied to graduate students pursuing advanced degrees in audiology or speech-language pathology from institutions in the U.S. The award is given in the spring to help the students to cover the cost of tuition, books, and fees of the school. This scholarship provides more funds nationally for graduate study in communicative disorders than any other single organization.
How to Apply for this scholarship?
A student should complete and submit the scholarship application form to be considered for this award.
An applicant must submit two letters of recommendation from a school or college professor.
An applicant must submit his/her school's official transcript. It must include, the school name, applicant's name, and GPA score of a student.
Graduate students must include undergraduate and graduate-level transcripts.
Award Amount and Deadline:
The Organization is funding $1000 to all qualified applicants annually.
The completed application form and official transcripts must be postmarked before 30th March 2020.
Candidate must be a citizen of the United States of America
Candidate must be pursuing a graduate-level degree in speech-language pathology and/or audiology at a college or university in the United States, accredited by ASHA's Council on Academic Accreditation
An applicant must have a minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale for all undergraduate and graduate-level coursework.
