One is expected to have financial need without federal or state loan default
One is expected to rank in the top 5 percent of their high school class
One must enroll full-time at a participating in-state college
One must have a New Jersey Eligibility Index below 10,500
One is expected to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
One must be accepted as full-time undergraduates at accredited U.S. colleges
