About the Scholarship
The "STU International Student Award" scholarship award is accredited by the organization 'St. Thomas University' for high school senior and graduate students or freshman of the state of Florida of the U.S.
How to apply for the scholarship?
Applications are available on the official website 'St. Thomas University ' and all the applicants must access the online application in order to apply for this scholarship.
- The applicant has to submit $40 for this application which will be non-refundable.
- A student must submit a copy of his/her finance and sponsors statement.
- Applicant must have to submit FAFSA certificate.
A student must submit the Official scorecards of ACT/SAT to demonstrate the completion of the graduation semester as well as academic performance.
A student must also submit a recommendation letter and TOEFL results if his/her native language is not English.
In addition to that applicant must write and submit and a personal essay on a topic listed in the scholarship application.
He/she has to submit his/her high school/secondary transcript.
The awarded amount for the scholarship:
The amount awarded for this scholarship is $6,000 to $10,000 per year and is renewable upto three additional years. The number of awards given to the eligible candidates varies depends on the number of eligible applicants applied for this scholarship and the availability of the fund amount.
Deadline for the scholarship:
The deadline for this scholarship is the 1st of November.
The applicant should be a high school senior or older student who is planning to enrol as a freshman.
He/she must have to attend a college or university in the state of Florida.
He/she should have to plan to attend St. Thomas University in Florida.
He/she should plan to enrol for full time.
The grade point of the applicant must be 2.75 or higher.
