About the Scholarship
This award is for Virginia senior citizens who are taking courses at a state-supported postsecondary institution in Virginia. The student must be 60 years of age or older and must not have a taxable income of over $15,000. Application requirements for the Virginia Senior Citizens Tuition Waiver are:Application form

Must have had his/her legal domicile in Virginia for one year. Must be 60 years of age or older. Must attend a state-supported institution of higher education in Virginia. Must have a taxable income of not more than $15,000 in the preceding year. This award is for U.S. students.
