About the Scholarship

The Winners for Life Scholarship is awarded by AICF. Where the students from American Indian and Alaska Native college students pursuing U.G and graduate degrees in Tribal colleges & universities, and all nonprofit & accredited schools will get this scholarship award. The scholarship is awarded to the students who meet the eligibility. The scholarship assists students economically who are in greater financial need. 


How to Apply for Scholarship?

  • An applicant must apply for the Full Circle Scholarship which demonstrates the eligibility and financial need of a student.

  • A student must upload a document proof of tribal enrollment (ID or CIB) or descendency by submitting their parent's or grandparent's tribal enrollment document proof.

  • In addition to that, a student must submit a birth certificate.

  • A student must submit an official college or high school transcript. If an applicant is a high school student, he/she needs to submit a GED scorecard.

  • An applicant must upload a digital image of size 1.5MB.


What is the Total Amount Awarded?

The scholarship awards $2000 to any number of applicants, and the awards are non-renewable.

A student must apply for this scholarship before May 31st.

 


Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent resident and be enrolled in an accredited tribal university.

  • The applicant must be registered as a federal or state-approved tribe member or has at least one parent or grandparent who is a tribe member. 

  • The applicant must be a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior in college. 

  • The applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or more out of 4 to be eligible for the scholarship.
