Requirements and Eligibility for Bachelors in Nursing

Requirements

  • You must acquire 90 - 120 Semester credits (few university may require you to earn up to 180 quarter credit) for the completion of the bachelor of nursing degree

  • You must have a basic knowledge of computer and with minimum computer system requirements

  • Few universities may require you to submit HESI or TEAS results

  • RN license should be valid at least in one state. Few university requires you to provide a valid RN license from every jurisdiction that you have practiced RN

  • Preferred English language proficiency is ENG4U/EAE4U

  • You may be required to take a test for your enrolment

  • Many universities require you to have completed General Education Foundations and human anatomy


Eligibility

  • Online bachelors of nursing degree require a completed online application (fee may be charged for online applications and may differ with universities ), transfer credit form, accompanying syllabus and official transcripts

  • You must have completed an associate’s degree in nursing 

  • A GPA or/and GRE of 2 - 3 or higher from an associate’s degree in nursing is required

  • You must meet the minimum requirement in English language proficiency 

  • You must be a holder of a valid RN license

  • Few university many ask for proofs of enrolment for the completion of required prerequisite courses
