The subjects taught in this course are anatomy, fitness training, and nutrition. The program is both theoretical and practical oriented. The student’s needs to do an internship before starting a career in this field.

An associate’s degree is a 2-year program with a wide variety of courses relatively. The topics that cover are biomechanics, musculoskeletal system, nutrition.

The bachelor degree is a 2-4-years program which focuses on scientific aspects of health and wellness.

The master’s degree is a 2-year program which focuses on strength training, sports psychology, injury prevention and coaching.

The doctoral degree in this course is known as kinesiology, which gives broad details on body movement, motor skill development, exercise psychology. The duration is like 3-5-years.

There are few requirements which need to be fulfilled before one applies for an admission in the exercise science program. The student should have a high school diploma with a minimum of 2.0- 3.0 GPA.
