  • The first step involves signing up at SUNY Application form which is an online admission portal selected by the institute for its candidates.

  • While filling the personal details in the Application form, one is recommended to be descriptive and more expressive in terms of filling the responses.

  • Usually, it takes a week or so by FIT to review a candidate's profile and send the user ID and password for their myFIT portal for completing the further processes.

  • The details will be arriving at one's email id with which one has registered in the SUNY Application form.

  • The next step involves the submission of FIT Supplementary Admission Material which is an essay and High School transcript.

  • The candidates are not required to submit their SAT/ACT test scores. However, more emphasis is given to a well-composed portfolio that portrays one's flare of Art.

  • For international students, proof of their nationality and test scores of English proficiency tests such as TOEFL/IELTS is required.
