Indiana State University (ISU) is a public institution which was established in 1865 in Indiana. It is providing all the facilities to their students to learn and grow inside and outside of the classroom. The students at the university are from 69 countries.

The university focuses more on experimental learning than theoretical learning. The campus recognizes the importance of an environment that not only recognizes individual differences but also the community to learn and grow from cultures.

The university is extremely proud of its diversity with students coming from close to 70 countries and provides resources to encourage and nurture diversity.

ISU provides majors and minors in a variety of disciplines fro the students to choose from. The various colleges under the university are Arts and Sciences, Bayh College of Education, Graduate and Professional Studies, Health and Human Services, and Scott College of Business.

The online college of Indiana State offers more than 70 programs that can be completed 100% online or with minimal campus visits. The university also offers accelerated programs so that the students can be done with their programs as soon as they can.

The university application process differs for graduate and undergraduate programs. Further, some of the programs have their own individual requirements that the applicants are suggested to go through so that they can make a complete checklist. 

For freshman application,

  • Applicants are required to submit their completed online application form or they can walk-in with their application and submit to the admissions office.

  • Applicants are required to submit their official transcripts which must be sent directly from the high school to Indiana State University electronically or through postal mail. A final high school transcript will be required upon graduation and completion of all high school course work. 

  • The applicants are required to submit their official SAT/ACT scores.

  • Applicants must submit a DD214 and a Joint Services Transcript in order to receive credit for military service.

  • Applicants must also send a copy of the alien registration card (green card) if applicable. 

  • Applicants are also required to submit their complete online application form.

In addition to the above process, a candidate must also satisfy the SAT and ACT range of 910 - 1120 and 16 - 23.
