For freshman application,

Applicants are required to submit their completed online application form or they can walk-in with their application and submit to the admissions office.

Applicants are required to submit their official transcripts which must be sent directly from the high school to Indiana State University electronically or through postal mail. A final high school transcript will be required upon graduation and completion of all high school course work.

The applicants are required to submit their official SAT/ACT scores.

Applicants must submit a DD214 and a Joint Services Transcript in order to receive credit for military service.

Applicants must also send a copy of the alien registration card (green card) if applicable.
