Admissions Process

  • Applicants are required to complete the application form.
  • An application fee of $20 has to be paid by the applicants which are non-refundable.
  • Official documents that the students have to submit include a high school transcript or GED certificate.
  • Students also have to submit their ACT scores.
  • If applicable, applicants are also required to submit the official transcripts from every college attended.
  • Following the complete admissions process, students can move on to the application for the Financial Aid process.

Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree 

  • The MBA program at RSU requires students to complete a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized college/university.  
  • If a student’s bachelor’s degree is in a non-business field, he or she will need to complete the business preparatory course and earn a grade of B or better. RSU conveniently offers this course in an online 8-week format. Credit for this course does not count toward the 36-hour program requirement. 
  • International credentials will be evaluated using an authorized English translation. Non-English documentation must be translated and evaluated by approved vendors. 

GPA 

  • Business graduates must maintain a CGPA of UG of 3.0 or above. 
  • Any other majors must have a CGPA of 3.0 or above and must complete the business preparatory course. 
  • Graduate Admissions Committee will then review all applicants with a cumulative GPA of less than 3.0 on a Bachelor’s degree. 

English Language Proficiency

  • All MBA courses will be taught in American English.
  • Assignments, tests, papers, and correspondence with instructors are expected to be completed in English.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to secure translation services or transcription services.

The applicants will also be required to deposit an application fee of $20 along with submitting the required documents and information. The deadline to apply to the varsity depends on various factors. The Fall applications that start in September and go on till April are the most preferred among students. Though the final deadline is in April, a September deadline has also been fixed which pertains to early decisions. In case a student wants scholarships, they will have to apply before the early deadline, which is why early application is recommended.
