Salisbury University is a non-private university located in Salisbury on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Founded in 1925, Salisbury is a founding member of the University System of Maryland, with an enrollment of more than 8,000.

Salisbury offers 42 distinct undergraduate and 14 graduate degree programs across six academic units: the Fulton School of Liberal Arts, Perdue School of Business, Henson School of Science and Technology, Seidel School of Education and Professional Studies, College of Health and Human Services, and SU Honors College.

The Salisbury Sea Gulls compete in Division III athletics within the Capital Athletic Conference, while the eleven competes within the New Jersey Athletic Conference. Salisbury University owns 75 buildings, with a complete gross area of two million square feet. The Salisbury University campus consists of 183 acres.

Salisbury University offers more than 40 distinct and rare undergraduate and fourteen graduate degree programs. Popular majors include Biology and Physical Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Cosmetology and Child Psychology.
