Financial aid in the form of federal aids depending on the income of the student or the student’s family. It’s segregated in 5 different income types to help determine the appropriate average amount of federal aid you may receive with respect to your family’s income.
San Joaquin Delta College’s average financial (federal) aid is calculated according to the family income of the student. Depending on the financial aid available to the family or the student, the income bracket may either pay more or less than the overall average costs.
For a student who has a family income ranging from $0 - 30,000, the average federal aid provided is $8,094 where as a student having a family income ranging from $30,001 - $48,000 the average federal aid is $7,427. The student who has a family income ranging from $48,001 - $75,000 the average federal aid provided is $4,657 whereas the student having an annual income ranging from $75,001 - $110,000 the average federal provided is around $3,330. And for the student having an annual income range greater than $110,000, the average federal aid provided is $1,794.
