University of Jamestown is a private, Presbyterian Church (USA) university located in Jamestown, North Dakota. The university covers an area of 110 acres. It was in 1883 when the University of Jamestown was founded. Keeping the pursuit of research, innovation, and excellence at the center, University of Jamestown has been imparting quality education to its students. The motto of the varsity is Latin: Lux et Veritas and its official colors are orange and black. Out of total 1136 students enrolled at UJ, 908 belong to undergraduate courses while 207 are postgraduate students. The school has a total of 113 academic staff. These faculty teach different courses to the students. Interestingly, University of Jamestown has an ethnically diverse student population.
