Seminole State College may be a public institution located in Seminole, Oklahoma. the school was founded as a Seminole college in 1931 and was renamed Seminole State College in 1996.

The campus is in Seminole, Oklahoma at the junction of Highway 9 W and U.S. Route 270. Seminole State College may be a public institution that was founded in 1961 which features a Suburban setting, and therefore the campus size is 50 acres. It utilizes a semester-based academic calendar.

The college provides one and two-year programs of collegiate-level technical-occupational education. the school athletics teams are nicknamed the Trojans. the top men's coach is Don Tuley.

Seminole State College is maintained as a two-year public college authorized by the Oklahoma State Regents for education to supply courses, provide programs, and confer associate degrees. the school exists to reinforce the capabilities of people to realize their goals for private development by providing quality learning experiences and services that answer diverse individual and community needs during a changing global society.

In the year 1966, the Junior College was opened with 800 students housed in portable classrooms. In the year 1986, the Hunt Club Center was opened and in 1994-2002, the college made many changes and built new administration facility, College's Seminole Technology Business Incubation Center opened at the Port of Sanford.

Over the years, the university grew big and has attracted many students from all over the world. The college has around 1,602 students registered for various programs in the college. The main aim of the college is to provide the best education in the region and help a student get what they want.
