Stratfor University has a long history of how it came to be what we know it as, today. Founded in the year 1976 and is headquartered at Fairfax, Virginia. The university was formally known as the American Transportation Institute. It later came to be known as Stratford College in the year 1998 and then finally it got its current name when it started offering Master’s degree programs. Students abilities in listening, reading, sentence meaning and language use to measure all language skills are tested in this test. Candidates must register for the courses that match their language level abilities, based on their scores. Prior to the start of each term through the office of Student Accounts.
