McCann Education Centers, Inc. was formed after James and Elizabeth Noone purchased the school from the Housers in 1981. To provide a better service and quality of education to residents of southern Schuylkill County, the school opened an additional location in Pottsville, Pennsylvania in 1995.

In September 1998, the third campus of McCann began operations in downtown Sunbury, Northumberland County, to provide the residents of southern Schuylkill County with quality career education,
